Module 3 -Technology Initiative

There are only two people in the respiratory care program to determine technology needs. My colleague , the Program Director and me the Director of Clinical Education . Pierpont has supplied the computers and audio/visual technology needed to teach but to be a first rate program we need the tools and technology to provide hands-on experiences. Pierpont is building an Advanced Technology Center and the respiratory program has significant space there. So our needs assessment is very simple, we need a lot. The simulation system we want is well over $100,000. I have found several technology equipment grants that will help with our needs and hope to pursue.
